Pan seared New York Strip steak, served with Madeira cream sauce on wild mushrooms in peppery red wine reduction, paired with sautéed Gulf shrimp with ginger lime butter sauce, with parmesan potato.

Sautéed Shrimp
Gulf Shrimp, sautéed in garlic butter and served with ginger lime butter sauce,
 with saffron rice and asparagus.

Salmon Oscar
Pan seared salmon filet, baked with a deviled crab crust,
garnished with gulf shrimp and asparagus, with ginger lime butter sauce.

Prime Rib
Slow roasted Black Angus Ribeye, served with Worchestershire jus, and twice baked cheese potato.
