Medallions of beef tenderloin, served with twice baked cheese potato and horseradish sauce, honors Jacob Marley, Mr. Scrooge's deceased partner.   14.50

Butternut squash cups baked with apple black walnut stuffing, squash gnocchi with parmesan cream, and a butternut squash tart, honors Ebeneezer Scrooge, everyone's' favorite curmudgeon.  10.50

Tim's Turkey
Turkey breast stuffed with smoked duck sausage, served with squash puree, black walnut stuffing, and cranberry chutney, and shared by Quivey's Grove, "God bless us everyone."

Jim's Popover

Chicken and mushrooms in a wine and cream sauce fill a popover on rice with pumpkin buttered carrots, honors the loving husband who sells his watch to buy his wife a barrette in O'Henry's famous short story.   11.50
 
Della's Beef Pot

Beef, mushrooms, carrots, and onions, braised in red wine sauce, over smashed potatoes,  honors the loving wife who cut off her hair to sell so she could buy her husband a watch fob in "The Gift of the Magi."  12.75

Desserts are named for characters from Anthony Trollope's Christmas short stories,
"The Widow's Mite" and "The Two Heroines of Plumplington," enormously popular in England and America in the 1880's.
Nora's Steam Pudding
chocolate steam pudding with Ellie's Mom's sauce honors the generous heroine of "The Widow's Mite".
  
Mrs. Grangers Apple Crisp
tart apples baked with an oatmeal crumb crust, served warm with vanilla ice cream.

Fred's Turtle Pie
caramel, pecans, and chocolate cream honors Nora's puzzled suitor.
 

Emily's Steam Pudding

gingerbread steamed pudding with brandy cream sauce, honors Plumplington's other heroine.
