Eight ounce ground Kobe beef, Wisconsin 2 year aged cheddar cheese, thick applewood bacon, grilled onions,

on  crusty ciabatta roll,  with house cut French fries.

Beer Battered whitefish & pretzel crusted lake perch, served with house cut French fries.

 

Poultry Pot

Slow simmered stew of chicken, turkey, and duck, with root vegetables, in rich stock, topped with parmesan rosemary biscuit.

Kahlua Black Bottom Pie

Vanilla custard, coffee fudge, flaky pastry, whipped cream.

 

Caramel Apple Upside Down Cake
