Weddings
Quivey's Grove offers several memorable settings for your wedding ceremony. The most popular is in the front yard, with either the large birch tree as a backdrop, or our natural area with native understory bushes and wildflowers under a canopy of black walnut trees. Brides often use the Nursery room of the Stone House to dress and then come down the formal stairway to be escorted out the front door and down the aisle. In case of inclement weather, our large 30' x 75' white tent can be set up to accommodate the ceremony quite successfully. Either way, the setting is picture perfect.
Receptions
Whether it was a wedding for 25 or 225, couples have been getting married at Quivey's Grove for the past 30 years. Our experienced staff will help you plan your most special day. Quivey's offers a unique and memorable setting for wedding receptions. Our 160 year old historic buildings and landscaped grounds are the backdrop and our professional staff are the crew that make your plans a reality. The Paddock with its 30' x 75' tent is the most popular area to hold a reception after a ceremony in the garden. It is available from mid-May through September. Dancing under the tent can finish your celebration. With all amenities already included and our outstanding staff to do the work, our customers tell us that they get to actually relax and enjoy their special day.
