About the Event
**SOLD OUT** Join us for this exciting pairing event! Quivey's Grove Sous Chef, Evelia Hernandez, and her family designed an incredible 4-course menu. Enjoy traditional hispanic dishes packed with flavor and presented with a perfectly paired drink.
Course 1: Sopes
Black beans, queso fresco, shredded lettuce, crema, and fresh salsa.
Pairing: Quivey's Grove House Margarita
Course 2: Pazole
Rich brothy soup made with pork, hominy, and red chiles. Topped with fresh radish, lettuce, and red onion.
Course 3: Tacos
1 smoked pork shoulder and 1 fried cod taco topped with cilantro and onions. Served with housemade salsa verde guacamole, and pico.
Course 4: Chocalate Flan
Rich custard with a chocolate cake base, topped with caramel sauce.
Pairing: Buena Vista Cabernet Sauvignon
