Easter Brunch at Quivey’s Grove

Includes fresh baked blueberry muffins, dried cherry fritters, cinnamon rolls

Lamb Rib Chop 

Rack of lamb marinated in olive oil, garlic, lemon, and rosemary,

pan  roasted and sliced into chops, with a mint and lamb demi, potatoes  smashed with garlic butter, cream, and fresh herbs, served with fresh  asparagus.  $24.95

Beef & Mushroom Popover 

Sauteed  tenderloin and mushrooms in a rich brown sauce, served in a fresh baked  popover on rice, with  fresh asaragus.  $21.95

Applewood  Smoked Pork Chop 

Grilled and served with maple mustard sauce, potatoes  smashed with garlic butter, cream, and fresh herbs, with sauteed apples.   $22.95

Salmon Filet 

Pan roasted, served with ginger lime butter sauce, parmesan potato, and fresh asparagus.  $22.95

Chicken  and Biscuits 

Chicken and mushrooms in a sage cream sauce, served over  buttermilk biscuits with honey glazed carrots.  $19.95

Cheddar  & Broccoli Quiche 

On a potato crust, topped with aged cheddar  cheese sauce, and served with fresh asparagus.  $18.95
