Blanco Tequila, Triple Sec & Lime Juice

Traditional fried tortillas chips served
with homemade salsa.
Shrimp a la Plancha
Fresh Gulf shrimp cooked in shell and served with roasted plantains, Pico de Gallo and a creamy white sauce.
Chicken Mole
Slow braised chicken thighs in an authentic mole sauce deeply flavored with chiles,
spices, and rich chocolate, served with
rice and beans.
Tres Leches
Soft, sweet milk-soaked Tres Leches cake made with tropical coconut and pineapple flavors. Served with house-made Horchata spiked with tequila and coffee liquor.
$40.00 plus service charge, tax, and fees.
Reservations Required. Reservation cutoff Monday 7/8 at 12pm. All sales are final and non-refundable, transfer of your
reservation to another person is accepted. Regular Stone House and Kid's Menus are not available.
Reservation times are available at 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm and 7pm.
*Soda, Water, Ice Tea, and Coffee are also included, but other alcoholic drinks are not available for this event.
Stable Grill bar is open to grab a cocktail before your reservation if needed. The last call for all drinks at 8:45 pm.
