Appetizer

 

Goulaschsuppe

Pork and bacon simmered with paprika in tomato broth,

with spaetzle & onions, garnished with sour cream.

 

Gurkensalat

Thinly sliced cucumbers and red onions marinated in

sour cream and white wine vinegar with dill and garlic.

 

Entree

Wiener Schnitzel

Veal cutlet, crusted in bread crumbs, pan sautéed crisp,

served with spätzle and sweet and sour red cabbage.

 

Schweinshaxe

Pork shank slow braised till moist and tender,

then glazed with mustard and brown sugar, served with potatoes smashed

with garlic, cream, and herbs and apple cherry kraut.

Bavarian Sampler

Pretzel crusted pork schnitzel, veal sausage, & smoked pork chop,

served with spaetzle and sweet and sour red cabbage.

 

Dessert

 

Apple Strudel

Apples, golden raisins and walnuts baked in filo,

served with crème anglais, maple caramel, & whipped cream.

Black Forest Cherry Cheesecake

Vanilla cheesecake with chocolate cookie crust, chocolate

ganache, cherry sauce, and whipped cream.
