Appetizer

 

Bierkasesuppe

Rich and creamy beer cheese soup

with diced ham and rye croutons.

 

Flammkuchen

German flatbread baked with onion cream,

bacon, and caramelized onions

Entree

Wiener Schnitzel

Veal cutlet, crusted in bread crumbs, pan sautéed crisp,

served with sautéed apples and sliced potatoes in a warm

bacon and green onion vinaigrette.

 

Schweinshaxe

Pork shank slow braised till tender, then glazed with

mustard and brown sugar, served with potatoes smashed

with garlic, cream, and herbs and apple cherry kraut.

Beef Rouladen

Thin sliced beef stuffed with bacon, ground pork and pickles,

then braised in a rich brown sauce, served with spaetzle

and sweet and sour red cabbage.

 

Dessert

 

Apple Strudel

Apples, golden raisins and walnuts baked in filo,

served with crème anglais, maple caramel, & whipped cream.

Black Forest Cherry Cheesecake

Vanilla cheesecake with chocolate cookie crust, chocolate

drizzle, cherry sauce, and whipped cream.
